Apartment homes will be available to residents on an entrance fee basis. At the time of unit selection, a future resident will make a 25% non-refundable construction deposit on the apartment home selected. At occupancy, the resident will make the 75% balance payment. When a resident moves from a home at Eastview and the home is occupied by a new resident, 90% of the original entry fee will be refunded.
For apartment residents at Eastview, one monthly fee covers property taxes, repairs and maintenance, insurance, water and sewer, utilities, one main meal served daily in the dining room, weekly housekeeping, snow and trash removal, grounds maintenance, replacement reserve fund, 24-hour emergency monitoring system, and scheduled transportation. Fees listed are for single occupancy. Apartments with two residents will pay an additional monthly fee of $495.00.
